Who reviews the formulas — is it safe?
Every AI-generated formula is reviewed by a licensed Chinese-medicine practitioner before it ships. We use only ingredients from the official "medicine-food homology" catalog, blended in traditional, moderate amounts. Pregnant or nursing people and special groups should consult a professional first.
How is my tea personalized?
You complete a short online health consultation about your constitution, symptoms and goals. The AI drafts a formula, a herbalist reviews and adjusts it, and we blend it fresh and deliver on a schedule.
Where do you ship?
Hong Kong is our primary market; we deliver locally in Hong Kong and bill in HKD.
How do I cancel my subscription?
