1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for the current period.

2. First-Time Customer Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 14 days if unsatisfied with the taste or quality, in case of an adverse reaction, or if the delivery arrived damaged.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Full refund: order not delivered within 30 days, product differs materially from your formula, or severe quality issues.
  • Partial refund (50%): minor quality concerns or packaging damage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Consultation fees, subscriptions after the tea has been consumed, custom-prepared formulas, and orders cancelled after shipping.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@persontea.com within 14 days with your order number and reason (attach photos if applicable). We respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion differences are not refunded.

7. Exchanges

We offer a free formula-adjustment consultation and one complimentary re-blend per quarter.
